Our Cleaning Process:

• Removing the dust: We start with vacuuming the fibers and flipping the rug over, again and again, to remove any remaining dust from the other sides of the rug. For further dust removal, our washing plants are equipped with a rug duster. The duster gently taps to remove dry soil, dust, and grit. We use this careful method to put less strain on the fibers in the rug so that its fibers are not damaged anyway. It is more gentle and effective than commonly used shaking or beating the rug.
• Washing the Rug: We apply high-quality carpet shampoo based on rug material and use stiff brushes to remove the stains, spills, or pet hair, and then wash it out thoroughly with warm water. All the materials that we use in washing are non-toxic and chemical-free and do not harm rug fibers.
• Rinsing: Your rug is then allowed to rinse and all the shampoo is carefully removed out so that no residue is left behind.
